We are an integrated manufacturer and trading company specializing in jewelry. We operate our own titanium steel and stainless steel jewelry factory and cooperate with multiple long-term partner factories. This enables us to combine R&D, production, and sales, ensuring stable product quality while flexibly accommodating different types and volumes of orders.
Our total monthly capacity, including our own factory and partner factories, reaches several hundred thousand pieces. The exact capacity may vary depending on the design and complexity of each style. For large or long-term projects, we can allocate production capacity and schedules based on your annual or quarterly purchasing plans.
Yes. Upon request, we can provide our business license, factory photos, selected factory audit reports, and other relevant certificates. If you require a specific audit standard (such as a third-party factory audit), please inform us in advance and we will work with you to arrange it.
Yes. With our in-house design team and our own production lines, we can offer OEM/ODM services based on your designs, samples, or brand positioning, including product development, logo customization, and packaging design. These services are suitable for brand owners, e-commerce sellers, gift companies, and individual buyers.
Our MOQ for regular in-stock items is relatively flexible, and in most cases we support mixed-style orders. For customized products, the MOQ will vary depending on the materials used and the complexity of the production process. Please share your target styles and quantities, and we will provide corresponding MOQ suggestions and a quotation.
The sample lead time is typically 15–30 days, depending on the structure of the design and the complexity of the process. Sample fees are calculated based on the style, process, and whether a new mold is required. If you confirm a bulk order afterward, part of the sample fee can be negotiated as a credit against the bulk order.
We ensure that the materials we use and the products we manufacture comply with the relevant safety and environmental regulations and standards of each target country or region. If you require material statements or third-party test reports for specific standards or markets, we can help you identify suitable testing agencies, and you may contact them directly to obtain the corresponding certificates or reports.
We implement quality control from the moment raw materials enter our facility and set up multiple inspection steps throughout the production process. Before shipment, we conduct appearance checks, plating inspections, welding strength tests, and checks on the firmness of components, either by sampling or full inspection (the inspection ratio can be adjusted according to order requirements), to ensure consistent quality in mass production.
We currently support payments via XTransfer, PingPong, LianLian Global, Western Union, and Payoneer. For large orders or long-term partnerships, payment terms such as deposit and balance can be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
For in-stock items, we usually ship within 2–5 business days after payment is received. For customized bulk orders, production is generally completed within 15–40 days after sample approval. The exact lead time depends on the order quantity and process complexity, and we will confirm the estimated production and delivery time with you before you place the order.
Our products are mainly made of titanium steel and stainless steel, which offer strong oxidation and corrosion resistance. Under normal wear and regular contact with water, they are not prone to fading or rusting. If you have higher material requirements (such as 316L or low-allergy materials), we can provide suitable recommendations or customized solutions.
Yes. We can provide laser engraving, pattern engraving, and other customization on the products or accessories, and we can also customize hang tags, backing cards, and packaging boxes with your logo. Simply provide your logo file or detailed design requirements, and we will recommend appropriate techniques and pricing based on the materials and processes involved.
Our standard packaging is basic OPP bags, and we can also provide customized packaging such as backing cards, gift boxes, and set packaging according to your brand and channel requirements. We can apply size labels, barcodes, and platform-specific stickers as requested, so that the goods can go directly into your warehouse or onto the shelf.
Yes. We can ship to your designated transit warehouse, consolidation center, or freight forwarder in mainland China. Most of our clients work with us on a bulk-purchase basis, but if you need drop shipping or small-batch split shipments, you are welcome to discuss your needs with us, and we will propose a feasible solution based on the actual situation.
If you find any quality issues, quantity discrepancies, or wrong items after receiving the goods, please contact your account manager within the agreed after-sales period and provide clear photos or videos as evidence. We will offer solutions such as reshipment, remanufacture, or return and exchange, depending on the specific situation, to protect your interests and minimize your losses.
